Renovations are currently underway for this $11 million capital improvement project.

The redevelopment of one of Durham’s most prominent and reputable office towers into a modern, Class A building will reflect the vibrant atmosphere of downtown. The project team includes: Built Form (Architecture), Gilbane Building Company (Construction Management), Progressive Design Collaborative (MEP engineering), McNamara-Salvia (Structural engineering), and Stewart (Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture). There are approximately 45,000 square feet of current leasable space now available, including 16,000 square feet of newly constructed leasable space on first floor and mezzanine adjacent to the remodeled lobby and a 23,000-square foot shared office and co-working environment.

Expected delivery of all building enhancements is Q1 2019.
